Everyone know its summer time. Summer-time means shredding time. So most of the bulky people who did bulk in the winters, now want to burn fat and want to become shredded now. So we all know shredding is difficult than bulking. Not even diet, workout also plays an important role in shredding. So shredding is totally different from bulk. You have to change all the habits that you have in bulk. The best tips for summer shredding and summer shred diet is going to be discussed in this article.

1. EAT LESS CARBS

So in bulking you take a lot of carbs daily and as I told you shredding is different from the bulking. You have to drop the carbs intake. You can’t take carbs all the day. So for decreasing the daily calories, you have to reduce the carbs intake. One gram of carbs has 4 calories and carbs can be converted into fat because it has the less metabolic rate than the protein. So it’s simple if you drop down your carbs you will take less calories from carbs which can create fat.

 

2. EAT MORE PROTEIN

So in bulking you don’t take protein intake seriously but in shredding, you have to take protein intake very seriously. Because protein plays a very important role in shredding. Protein increases your metabolism and have equal calories like carbs but plays a different role than carbs. Protein cannot convert into fat. It has the high metabolism so it is very important for the shredding. Protein is the key to shredding tips.

 

3. CONSUME LESS CALORIES AND BURN MORE

In bulking you have to consume high calories and burn less calories but in shredding you have to consume less calories and burn more calories so that you can burn the fat. And note that you should take 70% of the calories from the protein. Because you need protein to recover the muscle so that you will lose only fat, not the muscle mass. So this is the major difference in bulking and shredding. And if you will follow calorie deficit diet you will see your results automatically.

 

4. CUT SUGAR FROM THE DIET

Sugar is your worst enemy while shredding. You can’t consume sugar if you want to shred. Sugar can directly be converted into fat, so try not to take sugar. You can add sugar-free to your meals if you want the taste. Sugar-free is the alternative of the sugar. Because it has zero calories you can consume it but do not over consume, because it is artificial sugar which can be bad if it is over consumed.

 

5. DAILY CARDIO AFTER WORKOUT

Daily cardio after the workout is a good habit if you are on shredding. Cardio after weight will help you to burn some extra instant fat from the body. But do not make cardio your preference, your preference should be weight training. A hardcore weight training is very important for the shredding.
